Plus Property designs and project manages large scale affordable housing and specialist accommodation developments across regional NSW, with the vision to improve people’s lives through independence and choice.

The Plus Property team works with both private and public stakeholders to deliver affordable and specialist housing for members of our communities, including key workers, people on lower incomes, people living with disability and women and children escaping domestic and family violence.

Why Plus Property

Plus Property’s internal Development Team oversees all stages of development, including site acquisition, detailed design and consent, procurement and contracts, construction, and post-completion.

Property Development Framework
We apply a thorough and best practice due diligence and development feasibility process to all acquisitions. This ensures that Plus Property and funding bodies are gaining value for money for property purchases and development projects.
Development Feasibility
Our internal Design Team has specific experience and knowledge relating to affordable housing and specialist accommodation design that produces high quality designs, meeting all relevant standards, guides and legislation. Importantly, this team is responsive to meeting the needs of the tenants that are fit for purpose.
Internal Design Capabilities
We have a Preferred Contractor Panel which includes local contractors that have a proven track record of delivery and have passed an independent Contractor Due Diligence assessment. We also have an extensive network of development professional consultants that have a successful track record of delivering projects for Plus Property.
